OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT The owner of the treatment may acquire information on users accessing the Bio Basic Europe Srl website, including email and country of origin. 3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT Your personal data will only be processed after your specific and distinct consent (Article 6. Point a) and Article 7 EU Regulation No. 2016/679), for obtaining information and insights on the services offered by Bio Basic Europe and its sector of activity. 4. Methods of treatment, criteria and times of custody The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations listed in art. 4 of the EU Reg. No. 2016/679 and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, modification, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, limitation, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Data provision and consequences of refusal to reply Data provision for the purposes referred to in points 3 is optional. Failure to consent will not have any effect on the agreements in force but will not allow access to the newsletter updates on the services provided by Bio Basic Europe and its sector of activity. 10. Rights of the interested party According to the EU Reg. 2016/679: Chap. III: 1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication about: the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in case of treatment through electronic tools; the identification details of the owner, the managers and representative; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State territory, managers or agents. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c. a formal declaration that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in case this fulfillment proves to be impossible or involves some means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; d. a copy of the information hold by the company, in a common and interoperable format; e. the limitation of his personal data processing, or to oppose to his personal data processing in whole or in part for legitimate reasons, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; Furthermore, the interested party has the right to: f. revoke the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation; g. to propose a complaint to a Supervisory Authority; It is possible to request the owner, a "DECLARATION OF ATTESTATION" suitable to certify that the requests have been effectively resolved and brought to the attention of those to whom the data had previously been disclosed and communicated. As an interested party, you may also delegate a third person with a copy of the proxy or of the mandate signed in the presence of an appointee or signed and presented together with an unauthenticated photocopy of a recognition document of the person concerned. The owner has to reply to the request within 15 days from the submission date or 30 days if the answer is problematic, in any case by the 15th day you will be notified in writing of the reasons for the delay. 11. How to exercise rights You can exercise your rights at any time by directing your request to the contact details indicated in point 1 or revoke the newsletter service subscription by direct communication to the service provider, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" function in the email.
